Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Good access year around, near horseback riding trails, and near historic Original Mast Store, the Mast Store Annex and Valle Crucis park.
  • All of the guests staying in homes that are in Little Bavaria are allowed to fish on the lake in the development. Because that lake is in a private community, they do NOT need fishing licenses to fish in it, however, it is catch and release ONLY.

Policies and Rules

  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • This home is pet friendly and allows pets. Pet rent is $25+tax per night. Mature, well-trained dogs only. (See note below)
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • House Rules: No smoking allowed. Minimum age: 25 years. Children allowed. No events allowed.

Note: Source data indicates up to 99 pets may be allowed, but the important information previously stated a maximum of 1 dog. Please confirm actual house policy with property management. Pet rent applies per pet per night.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet rent is $25+tax per night per pet.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.

  • There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Hair dryers, crock pots, and storage containers are not provided.
